She was incredibly honest and knowledgeable — something that is rare to find in this profession. Instead of just doing the service, she took the time to explain the condition of my skin, the pros and cons of face waxing, and what would work best for me. While shaping my eyebrows, she pointed out the areas that needed to grow out and assured me she would correct them in the next visit. I really appreciated her honesty and the genuine care she showed. Her work was gentle, detailed, and professional. I left the salon feeling well-informed and confident.
